The torch can be easily ignited, with no dripping of gasoline or smoke.
Fast Cutting
From 3 mm (1") to 300 mm (12"), oPetrol cuts fast and clean. Compare to acetylene cutting, the thicker the steel is, the faster oPetrol cuts.
When the steel is over 200mm (8") thick, oPetrol cuts one time faster than acetylene.
The elimination of fuel-line back-flash creates operator confidence, resulting in increased productivity.

Clean Cuts - with Roughness as Good as 12.5
No additional grinding is needed after the cut.
The clean cuts are the results of the 100% oxidizing oPetrol flame, which leaves no molten steel slag. Acetylene leaves 30% of the steel as molten slag.
Steck Cutting
oPetrol cuts multiple layers of steel through air gaps, surface rust or dirt. The air gap can be as wide as 12 mm. The cutting speed is the same as cutting a single layer steel of the summed up thickness. After the cut, the sheets can be easily separated because the steel is oxidized with no melted steel to solidify on the cut.
Reduced Heat Affected Area, Less Deform !
Gasoline flame oxidizes steel to 100% and leaves no molten steel after the cut. The sparks are with little heat. The temperature at the cut is low. The heat affected area is much reduced.
Safe and Clean Hole Punching up to 10 Inches Deep!
Climate Flexibility
oPetrol performs normally in cold and warm environment between -40°C (-40 F) and 40°C (104 F).
