Job description:
1. Assist to complete technological improvement of present products, and complete product quality;
2. Solve customers’ technical problems, which would be before sales, during sales and after sales, and promote customers’ satisfaction;
3. Promote company technical support level, and solve customers’ potential problems proactively;
4. Optimal construction of technical support team, and promote team quality of service;
5. Assist company to establish and perfect international technical support network, and promote company’s brand quality.
Job qualification:
1. Electromechanical, software and other related majors bachelor or above degree, and have good achievement at school. ( It would be best that the employee has bachelor or above degree certificate in hand, and has 2 years relevant working experience after having bachelor degree. So we can apply his/her work permit in china. )
2. More than 2 years relevant working experience, and familiar with mechanical electric installation drawing;
3. Good learning capacity, can be acclimatization and promote productive capacity fast;
4. Good service awareness, can find solution for customers’ questions positively;
5. Office is in Beijing, can accept go to other cities or countries some time;
6. Indian local engineers will be considered firstly.

II.      Technical engineer ( speaks Spanish, from Latin America )
Job description:
1. By means of visiting service, online support and other ways of service to solve territory customers’ technical problems;
2. Collect customers’ concentrated questions and send to company in a certain time, and find solutions fast and positively;
3. On his/her own to visit customers to check machines’ situation, and complete follow-up service;
4. Assist to company to improve the technical problems in products, and send company the feedback of customers.
Job qualification:
1. Local person in South America, and know the local customs well;
2. Have professional quality and skills, and more than 3 years relevant working experience, and familiar with CNC products;
3. Good service awareness, can find solution for customers’ questions positively;
4. Have certain professional quality, can complete company’s work;
5. After succeed in employed, he or she should come to China to receive 3 – 6 months training, and then working at home in South America;

III.    Portuguese sales representative ( from Brazil )
Job description:
1. Explore Brazil local customers and dealers, and popularize company products;
2. Utilize the available resources to popularize company brands and products;
3. Assist company to organize effective publicity in the local place positively, and promote brand awareness and market share;
4. By means of on line to complete the connection with company, and report work progress and customers follow-up situation in a certain time;
5. Complete this territory sale mission;
Job qualification:
1. Local person in South America, and know the local customs well;
2. Good explore capacity, and be good at visiting strangers and analyzing customers;
